You’ll Need:
- 150g Marshmallow Choc Biscuit Protein Ball Mix
- 60g rice puffs
- 100g yoghurt
- 50g almond or peanut butter
- 50g chocolate, melted (for drizzling)
How to Make Them:
- In a large bowl, mix together the protein ball mix and rice puffs.
- Fold through the yoghurt and almond or peanut butter, mixing until everything is evenly combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined loaf tin or tray, the firmer you press, the chewier the bars!
- Pop the tray into the freezer for 1–2 hours, or until set and firm.
- Slice into 8–12 bars, then drizzle generously with melted chocolate.
