Choc Chip Marshmallow Rice Krispie Bars

Sweet, chewy, and just the right amount of crunchy. these Choc Chip Marshmallow Rice Krispie Bars are a playful twist on a classic treat, made with our Marshmallow Choc Biscuit Protein Ball Mix for a sneaky boost of plant-based protein.

Perfect for workplace lunchboxes, mid-arvo snacks or dessert with a drizzle of chocolate, they’re proof that wellbeing and indulgence can go hand in hand.

You’ll Need:
How to Make Them:
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the protein ball mix and rice puffs.
  2. Fold through the yoghurt and almond or peanut butter, mixing until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a lined loaf tin or tray, the firmer you press, the chewier the bars!
  4. Pop the tray into the freezer for 1–2 hours, or until set and firm.
  5. Slice into 8–12 bars, then drizzle generously with melted chocolate.
