3-ingredient S’mores Protein Bars

Looking for a no-fuss, no-bake snack that brings the cozy campfire vibes without the  mess? Say hello to our 3-Ingredient S’mores Protein Bars, the ultimate mix of indulgence, nourishment and a little Sneaky magic.

These bars come together in minutes, are packed with plant-based protein, and hit that marshmallowy, chocolatey sweet spot we're all looking for in the colder months. Perfect for lunchboxes, afternoon pick-me-ups or when you're standing in front of the fridge wondering what snack to eat that's fun.

You’ll Need:

  • 200g yogurt of choice (we love coconut yogurt for a creamy twist!)
  • 80g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 packet of Sneaky Wholefoods Marshmallow Choc Biscuit Protein Ball Mix
  • Optional: a handful of extra pink marshmallows, chopped for fun

How to Make: 

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and the Marshmallow Choc Biscuit Protein Ball Mix.
  2. Stir until a thick, dough-like texture forms. If you're feeling extra, toss in those bonus pink marshmallows here.
  3. Press the dough firmly into a small lined tray or container. You want it nice and compact so the bars hold together.
  4. Pop the tray into the freezer until set firm (about 1–2 hours).
  5. Once chilled, slice into 10 bars and store in the fridge.

To Enjoy:

Eat chilled straight from the fridge or let them sit for a minute to soften slightly.
