These bars come together in minutes, are packed with plant-based protein, and hit that marshmallowy, chocolatey sweet spot we're all looking for in the colder months. Perfect for lunchboxes, afternoon pick-me-ups or when you're standing in front of the fridge wondering what snack to eat that's fun.

You’ll Need:
- 200g yogurt of choice (we love coconut yogurt for a creamy twist!)
- 80g vanilla protein powder
- 1 packet of Sneaky Wholefoods Marshmallow Choc Biscuit Protein Ball Mix
- Optional: a handful of extra pink marshmallows, chopped for fun
How to Make:
- In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and the Marshmallow Choc Biscuit Protein Ball Mix.
- Stir until a thick, dough-like texture forms. If you're feeling extra, toss in those bonus pink marshmallows here.
- Press the dough firmly into a small lined tray or container. You want it nice and compact so the bars hold together.
- Pop the tray into the freezer until set firm (about 1–2 hours).
- Once chilled, slice into 10 bars and store in the fridge.
To Enjoy:
Eat chilled straight from the fridge or let them sit for a minute to soften slightly.
