Plan ahead - don't overthink itEver end up reaching for anything nearby because you're really hungry? We’ve all been there! Planning snacks ahead of time gives you a variety of choices you’ll actually look forward to. I find that pre-prepping and portioning snacks can make all the difference—no need to wait until you’re really hungry to decide. Just grab and go!
