Our snacks are crafted with care, free from stabilisers, allowing their natural goodness to shine through. They may soften at room temperature or during transit due to their wholesome, natural composition.

• Refrigeration: Prefer a chewier, firmer bite? Store in the fridge for a more substantial texture.

Warm weather & your order
All of our snacks are stored in a temperature-controlled facility in Perth. Once your order leaves us, it’s in the hands of the courier and temperatures can vary during transit.

If your snacks arrive a little soft
If your snacks arrive softer than usual, just pop them in the fridge for around 30 minutes and they’ll firm back up. They may not hold their exact shape, but they’ll still taste exactly as they should.

A note on chocolate chips
Our chocolate chips are made without emulsifiers, so in warmer weather they can soften or melt slightly. This can mean they blend into the snack rather than holding their shape, especially the white chocolate. Totally normal, and still just as delicious.

A quick note on appearance
Because we use real ingredients, you might notice slight changes in appearance from time to time, especially in warmer conditions. You may see natural oils appear, which can make them look a little different from the imagery, but the flavour and quality remain exactly as intended.
