How to Make:

Tear open the packet and take a good sniff (we love a good sniff test). Add the entire contents of the pouch to the bowl.

Pour your syrup of choice into the bowl and mix it like you mean business. Allow approx. 2 minutes for the syrup to melt into the mix and bind together.

Now it's time to get your hands dirty and have some fun. Roll the mixture into 10 bite-sized balls (~35g). If you’re like us and eat the mix while you roll, you'll most likely get 8.

Once rolled, send them off to chill in the fridge for an hour or until you're ready to snack.

Slam dunk one into your mouth and keep the rest in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.

Gingerbread Protein Balls

These are so easy to make, just add honey or golden syrup, roll them into balls and if you can wait place them in the fridge to harden up.
They smell just like Christmas. Love the white chocolate and the ginger.
Perfect snack, hard to stop at eating just 1 ball. Highly recommend.
