A little love in every bite: Raspberry Brownie Slice

Valentine’s Day doesn’t need to be extravagant.
Sometimes it’s simply about making something with care, using real ingredients, taking a moment to slow down, and sharing food that feels good to give (and eat).

This Raspberry Brownie Slice is made using our Raspberry Fudge Brownie Protein Ball Mix and comes together quickly, while still creating space for a mindful, hands-on moment in the kitchen. Soft, fudgy, and gently sweet, it’s a simple way to mark the day  whether you’re baking for someone you love or for yourself.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe

  • Quick and easy to make
  • Soft, fudgy brownie texture
  • Made for sharing
  • A simple way to slow down and bake
  • Perfect for Valentine’s Day

Ingredients:

1 packet Raspberry Fudge Brownie Protein Ball Mix

3 eggs

80g butter, melted

½ cup maple syrup

½ cup milk

1½ cups flour

2 tsp vanilla extract

150g Chocolate, melted

Method:

Prepare your space: Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a square or heart-shaped baking tin with parchment paper.
A heart-shaped tin is optional, a simple nod to Valentine’s Day if you have one.

Mix the batter: Add the protein ball mix, eggs, melted butter, maple syrup, milk, flour and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Fill the tin: Pour the batter into the prepared tin and spread evenly, making sure the corners are filled.

Bake: Bake for 18–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. You’re looking for a soft, fudgy texture rather than an overbaked slice.

Cool and Slice: Allow the slice to cool completely before cutting.
Slice into bars, or use a heart-shaped cutter for a subtle Valentine’s touch.

Drizzle: Drizzle melted chocolate over cut brownie for an extra touch of indulgence.

Serve and Share: Enjoy as is, or alongside tea or coffee.
This slice is designed for sharing -perfect for Valentine’s Day without the excess.
